This is one of the very first Tesla cars imported in France.

Alongside one his German friends who ran a renewable energy company, its first owner was aware at the time of the need to promote the use of electric cars, hence why they chose the recently launched Tesla Roadster: He stated: “Our motivation was to prove that an electric car could be desirable and high-performance, rather than being perceived as slow and practical.” As a result, they teamed up with eight other business leaders to place an order for 10 Roadster models, seven of which were delivered to Germany in 2009 and three to France.
