While it had the same name, derived from the first names of Binder’s three daughters (Aline, Catherine and Dorine), it was radically different from its predecessor, with closed bodywork and less extreme styling; it also had different mechanical underpinnings, still from Ferrari, but this time from a 348 GTB.

Exhibited at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show, this model was joined the following year by a version based on a 2001 Ferrari 360 Modena F1, displayed at the Geneva Motor Show in 2009.
