The current owner of this superb CX, Matthieu Lamoure, was born in Brive-la-Gaillarde, in Correze.

So, when he saw the freshly elected President Jacques Chirac (also from Correze) driving through Paris in his CX GTI Turbo II on the 17th May 1995, he decided to search for one himself by following four criteria: 1/ First owner with logbooks 2/ Less than 100,000 km 3/ Equipped with leather and a sunroof.

It was after a good ten years of searching that in 2017, arriving at the Epoquauto show on a day when it was being set up, he spotted the roof of a CX with a sunroof from a distance.
