This Kombi was originally a 231 model and has been converted into the sought-after Samba 23-window “Luxo” version. First registered in 1963 in Brazil, it was restored from 2023–2024 before being imported into France.

The body was repainted in a traditional duotone finish and the underbody restored before being repainted.

The running gear was also overhauled.

The upholstery has been completely retrimmed in cloth and leatherette.

In addition, the 1200 engine and the gearbox were removed, cleaned and checked before being reassembled.

The wheels have tyres from 2024 in near-new condition.
