With its final increase in displacement to 2.3L, the DS reached a new level of consistency and driving pleasure, while the luxurious Pallas trim combined magnificence with performance.
This particular model is precisely a Pallas version, fitted with a carburettor engine and hydraulic gearbox.

Sold new by a Citroen dealer in Saint-Etienne, it was first registered on the 14th May 1973.

Finished in “Brown Scarab” colour with “Tobacco” leather upholstery, it continued to be serviced by the same Saint-Etienne agent until 1974; the latter is detailed in its service logbook which is still present, alongside the owner’s manual and the dealership’s logbook.

As evidenced by an invoice in the file, the car was repainted in 1999.
