AI Listing Summary
This is a rare, left-hand drive 1948 Jaguar Mark V drophead coupé, one of only 577 produced with the 3.5-liter engine. It features an older restoration and presents with a consistent patina, smooth engine, and recent mechanical updates, though the brakes need balancing, offering a blend of classic elegance and drivability.

The car has an older restoration to a consistent standard, suggesting it's been well-maintained but not recently restored to perfection. The presence of a patina indicates some age and use, but the engine's smooth operation and recent replacements of key components like the regulator, fuel pump, and battery suggest good mechanical condition. However, the need to balance the brakes indicates a minor issue that needs addressing.
