As the original service booklet shows, this beautiful little Z600 was sold new to a Ms Pesque by the URVOAS garage in Deauville les Rouen on 15 March 1974.

The logbook shows the mileage of the car before it was sold in 1982 to a lady from the Vosges.
The car was then carefully preserved by her son, who became a car and motorbike collector until his death in 2013.

It was then that the Z600 was discovered, in very good original condition and able to be started, by a major Parisian collector.

It had about 42,000 km on the clock, which according to the service book was probably its original mileage and explains why it was so well-preserved.
In 2022, Michel Magnin was looking for a restoration project to occupy his time during retirement when he came across the Z600.
