This Fiat Abarth was purchased in 2001 in Loiret from an enthusiast who had acquired it from Abarth specialist Guy Moerenhout.

The car came from Germany and was in group 3 configuration, conforming to the original and was well preserved.

The bodywork was stripped bare and completely redone to Group 4 specifications, in accordance with FIA homologation.

The Abarth engine has benefited from a Rallye preparation, with forged pistons, lightened connecting rods, reworked cylinder head, large valves, “Rallye” camshaft, with a max power of 159bhp on the test bench.
