With only 1,108 examples produced and introduced in 1969, the Junior Zagato GT 1300 coupe featured a bold design that was well ahead of its time stylistically, while the Giulia’s engine ensured its sporty character.
The first 200 examples were assembled with aluminium panels and this particular car is one of those.
It left the factory on the 8th April 1970 and was registered on the 22nd April of the same year in Aosta, Italy.
It then remained in Italy for 10 years in the hands of its first owner before being bought by a Zagato specialist.
The latter kept it for 3 years in England before selling it in France in 1983.
