Elle combine en effet une ligne Pininfarina d'une grande élégance, au pavillon lumineux, avec une finition luxueuse et un des moteurs les plus puissants proposés par la marque dans cette catégorie.
Ce V12 de 4,4 litres, proche de celui de la berlinette Daytona dont il diffère surtout par son simple ACT par banc de cylindres et son carter humide, développait 320 ch et il était relié à une boîte-pont qui, placée à l'arrière, contribuait à un bon équilibre des masses.
