1965 Daimler Majestic Major Limousine (DR450) No reserve Carte grise française Châssis n° 136465 - Version limousine - Mécanique performante - Française, conduite à gauche -Sans réserve La Daimler Majestic Major était une grande berline de luxe produite à Coventry par Daimler entre 1960 et 1968.

Dès 1961, une version limousine sur un châssis rallongé était proposée à la clientèle.

Elle conservait le moteur V8 4.5L qui, avec ses 220 cv, faisait d'elle une " voiture de sport ", tel que l'avait décrit le magazine Motor Sport lors de son essai à l'époque.

En effet, elle pouvait atteindre 190 km/h et s'avérait stable à grande vitesse.

La version limousine que nous présentons est d'autant plus remarquable qu'elle fut délivrée neuve en France, et qu'à ce titre, elle fait partie des rares exemplaires offrant une conduite à gauche.

Immatriculée pour la première fois en février 1965 elle a ensuite été enregistrée dans les Hauts de Seine en 1976.
