Dérivée de la Lago Spécial 23 CV d'Avant-Guerre, la Record était montée sur un châssis rallongé, passant de 295 à 312 cm et équipée avec une nouvelle suspension avant, indépendante à ressort hélicoïdal.
Le moteur était le cœur de cette voiture à l'instinct sportif.
