AI Listing Summary

This 1985 Leyland Mini 1000 is a third-owner restoration project with extensive bodywork needed, including common Mini rust areas. It features an upgraded 998cc engine with electronic ignition and alternator conversion, but the gearbox has worn synchromesh. The car was last on the road in 2006, and all removed parts are reportedly stored inside.

The car is described as a restoration project with significant bodywork required in common Mini problem areas (sills, rear valance, front scuttle, wings, front panel). While the engine has upgrades, the gearbox has worn synchromesh and a potentially cracked case. The interior is from a later model and requires cleaning. Significant reconditioning is needed.
