AI Listing Summary

This yellow Sunbeam Alpine DHC has undergone significant restoration and rally preparation, including an uprated engine and new overdrive gearbox, making it a strong contender for enthusiasts. Despite its comprehensive upgrades and consistent servicing, the last MoT expiring in 2020 and the 'smart' condition rather than 'excellent' suggest minor reconditioning might be needed, impacting its absolute top-tier collector status.

The car received a full body restoration in 2014 and has been maintained by a marque expert. It's described as being in 'smart condition today' and has been driven to the sale, indicating good mechanical condition. However, the last MoT expired in 2020, and while exempt, it suggests it hasn't been regularly inspected. The description 'smart condition' implies it's not pristine but very well-maintained with some signs of use.
