This 1966 Aston Martin DB6 has had an interesting history.
Paperwork that accompanies the Aston shows that it was supplied new to North American specification, completed on the 10th June 1966 and delivered to its first owner, Paul H Massey of New York, in person at Newport Pagnell on the 14th June 1966.
The car was allotted a temporary registration, JGF 278D, and was subsequently imported into the USA through Aston Martin Lagonda North America Ltd.
Chassis number DB6/2828/L was supplied in LHD with a Vantage engine and manual gearbox.
Further factory options included the engine breather system, limited slip differential, Normalair air-conditioning and Webasto Sunroof.
It is believed that at some time, whilst in the States, it was involved in an accident and was taken off the road (although it is HPI clear).
