Although this 1978 Chevrolet Corvette C3 has been in storage for at least the last five years, it was successfully driven 70 miles to ACA after a new battery and plugs were fitted.

The vendor has had it up on a ramp, and reports that it appears solid underneath, but would obviously benefit a thorough check‑over as well as, in the long term, renovation of the fibreglass bodywork.

The V5 is present.

Included in the history folder is a copy of Classic American magazine, a book on The Secrets of Corvette Detailing, a parts catalogue, 2008 and 2009 MoT certificates and a few bills from the same era.

The current mileage is recorded as 69,073 miles; on the last present MoT certificate in 2009, the mileage was recorded as 68,401, so very few miles have been covered over the last 12 years.

Please note that there is a DVLA error on the V5, with the car being recorded as a 5.3‑litre when it actually has a 5.7‑litre V8.

Two sets of keys are included.
