It naturally bears the name ‘Volante’, evoking Aston Martin’s glory days… The engine remains the 5.9-litre V12 producing 450 ch, and thanks to the use of an aluminium body and alloy panels, the weight is kept to a minimum. Our example was delivered new in France in this elegant colour combination of Tungsten Silver with dark grey upholstery and soft top.
It was then registered in Paris, a region it would never leave! In 2016, having had only two previous owners and with just under 34,500 km on the clock, it joined the current owner’s collection, who was captivated by the elegance of its colour scheme.
The car had by then undergone a full service at Aston Martin Paris, at a cost of around €10,000! Today, this DB9 is in superb...
