The 512 TR, successor to the Testarossa in 1992, is an aesthetically pleasing evolution, but it's a real revolution from a technical point of view.

Its multi-tubular chassis in special steel with an oval cross-section (as on the F40) lowered the center of gravity, while the engine was 3 cm lower.

The 428 hp 12-cylinder engine is welded instead of bolted on, significantly improving overall rigidity.
It's on the running gear that engineers have transformed its driving precision with stiffened wishbones and new geometry.

The 512 TR gains in efficiency by reducing its unsprung masses (hubs, bearings, shock absorbers, springs), but above all by improving one of its big sister's weak points: braking.

Now equipped with larger, wider and better ventilated calipers and discs, but still without ABS, this GT, of which only 2,280 were produced, is a real success story that...
