- La Licorne is an emblematic brand in French automotive history, which ran into difficulties from the early 1930s onwards, forced to buy back Traction cars which it adapted in its own way.
- The Unicorne 164 LR is a handsome 2-door, 4-seater coach, a post-war version of the 163 presented at the 1938 Paris Motor Show.
- It was produced from the Liberation until 1949.

It was the last model to be offered by the small Courbevoie manufacturer, who was largely overlooked in the Plan Pons.
