The Alfa Romeo Sprint Zagato is the most powerful of the Giuliettas, with its Veloce engine boosted to 100 hp, shortened wheelbase, weight reduced by over 100 kg and speed of over 200 km/h; it is also the rarest, with fewer than 200 examples built (including the Coda Ronda and Coda Tronca versions)
The car we are presenting is a faithful reconstruction, made some thirty years ago in an excellent Italian workshop, with aluminium body, very well prepared AR00102 type engine (Giulietta Sprint of the same period), 5-speed gearbox, Zagato seats, original magnesium wheels, etc.
The car, duly registered in France with the identity of the authentic SZ #00064, has been in the hands of the same French owner for almost 30 years; it seems that the real #00064 has survived, in the hands of an Italian collector
