Virago was a motorcycle line by Yamaha from 1981 to 2007, known for its V-twin engine and cruiser styling.
A little-known fact: Early Virago models had a quirky starting issue. The starter clutch design was prone to failure, leading to an embarrassing "false start" where the engine would spin freely without engaging. Yamaha quietly addressed this in later models, but the early Viragos earned a reputation among mechanics for this unique problem.
