Tornado was a British car brand from 1958-1964.
It was founded by Tony Brookes and Bill Woodhouse.
The cars were glass-fibre bodied.
Tornado Cars initially produced the Tornado Typhoon, based on a Triumph TR2 chassis.
A lesser-known story: the Tornado Talisman was exhibited at the 1963 Racing Car Show, featuring a Ford Cortina engine.
