Stutz, an American car manufactured from 1911 to 1935, was known for its luxury and performance. Harry Stutz, the founder, famously entered a car in the 1911 Indianapolis 500, finishing 11th, and promptly announced "the car that made good in a day."

Did you know Stutz produced fire engines before cars? In 1910, Stutz, then with the American Motor Car Company, designed a fire engine, foreshadowing his future automotive endeavors.
