Simca, a French car maker, started in 1934. Originally, they assembled Fiats.
After WW2, Simca grew, making popular cars like the Aronde. Chrysler took control in the '60s, renaming it Chrysler France in 1970.
Did you know Simca once built a car for the Shah of Iran? It was a special version of the Simca 1100, made to be extra luxurious. Only a few were made, making them super rare.
