Qvale, an Italian car manufacturer, emerged from the ashes of De Tomaso in 2000.
Brought to life by Alessandro de Tomaso's son-in-law, Bruce Qvale, after a disagreement on the future direction of De Tomaso.
The Qvale Modena, their sole model, was essentially a reworked De Tomaso Biguà.
Powered by a Ford Mustang SVT Cobra 4.6L V8 engine.
Production ceased in 2002 when the brand was acquired by MG Rover.
Did you know that the Qvale Modena's design was initially penned by Marcello Gandini, the legendary designer behind the Lamborghini Countach? However, his design was heavily modified before production, leading to a somewhat different final appearance.
