Polski Fiat, a symbol of Polish motoring, emerged from a 1932 agreement between the Polish government and Fiat. Production began, marking Poland's entry into mass car manufacturing.
A lesser-known tale involves the Polski Fiat 125p. Despite being based on the Fiat 125, it retained older Fiat 1300/1500 mechanicals. This hybrid approach resulted from Poland's desire to produce a modern-looking car using existing tooling, showcasing resourcefulness.
