Peel, a British car manufacturer based on the Isle of Man, made history with the Peel P50 in the 1960s.
It was advertised as a city car, and it holds the Guinness World Record as the smallest production car ever made.
The Peel's story is quite interesting. The company initially made fiberglass motorcycle fairings.
Its founder, Cyril Cannell, decided to try his hand at car manufacturing.
The Peel P50 was a product of that ambition.
A little-known fact: Peel also produced a fiberglass vending machine cabin.
