Every Model
George Barris, a custom car builder, didn't manufacture cars but modified them. He gained fame in the 1960s for customizing vehicles for celebrities and movies.
One notable creation was the Batmobile for the 1966 TV series. Barris had just three weeks to deliver the Batmobile. He bought a 1955 Lincoln Futura concept car for $1 and transformed it into the iconic vehicle.
