Frazer Nash, a British manufacturer, was founded in 1922 by engineer Archibald Frazer-Nash.
Early models were known for their chain-drive system.
The company faced financial difficulties, leading to its acquisition by AFN Ltd in 1931.
Post-World War II, Frazer Nash became associated with BMW, importing and selling their cars.
A lesser-known story involves Aldington brothers, who, during World War II, were tasked with inspecting German BMW aircraft engines. Impressed, they secured a deal to import BMW cars to Britain post-war, rebadging them as Frazer Nash.
