Excelsior was a Belgian automobile manufacturer. Founded in Brussels in 1903, they initially produced cars under license.
Later, Excelsior gained recognition for luxury and performance vehicles. A notable achievement was winning the 1912 Circuit of Belgium.
Did you know King Albert I of Belgium owned an Excelsior? It boosted the brand's prestige. The company ceased production in 1932 due to economic difficulties.
