Alldays & Onions, an early British car maker, started as an engineering firm in Birmingham. They made motorcycles before cars, and were known for solid, if unremarkable, vehicles.
A little-known fact: Alldays & Onions briefly dabbled in aircraft production during World War I. They built Sopwith Camel fighter planes under license.
