Albion Motors, a Scottish manufacturer, started in 1899.

Initially, they made light vehicles and expanded to commercial vehicles.

During WWI, Albion supplied trucks to the British military.

Albion was known for reliable, sturdy vehicles, especially buses and lorries.

Leyland Motors acquired Albion in 1951, renaming it Albion Motors Limited.

Production of Albion vehicles ceased in 1980.

Albion used a unique naming system.

They named models after places in Glasgow, like the "Kelvin" and "Clydesdale".

This local connection reflected their strong Scottish roots and pride.
