An example of an early British Ford Flat Head V8 that was offered in the UK after WWII, these days the Ford Pilot is hard to find, especially in this condition.
The example offered is in mostly original condition and presents well for its age.
The more you look you spot the cool little features that complement the vehicle very nicely, such as the art deco over riders, the hub caps and wide whitewalls, substantial headlights and even a little flap to check the tyre pressure on the spare with its fifth hub cap.
And to tie the whole look of the car together, is the fantastic plane bonnet catch, fitting for a Pilot V8.
The car benefits from updated indicators, however, the trafficators are still present but disconnected, even so, they still complement the car nicely.
