This white MkI 1500cc Ford Cortina Super has been owned by the same family all its life, having been bought by the vendor’s grandfather in Essex when new in 1964.
He reportedly maintained the car himself and kept it dry stored, and it remained in use up until 1993.
The Cortina has been garaged since then, so it is now being sold as a project in need of recommissioning. The odometer is displaying 55,168 miles, and the car was first registered on 15th April 1964.
