With receipts that total in excess of £100,000 from Carrosserie, it’s clear that ‘J652 WRF’ is no ordinary Range Rover Classic.

Finished in British Racing Green metallic with a chestnut saddle leather interior, work started in May 2024 – and it finally rolled out of the doors in almost two years later in March 2026.

Having covered fewer than 400 miles since, it is still in pretty much the same condition as when it left Carrosserie five months ago.

Barely even run in either, so you’re going to have to resign yourself to the fact that we’ll be gushing rather a lot.

Resprayed a wonderful metallic British Racing Green instead of the Masai Red it left the factory wearing, the Range Rover presents beautifully.

Of course, the model isn’t known for its narrow shutlines, wider gaps being necessary to allow the shell to flex in arduous and extreme off-road conditions without chafing and damaging the paint.

So, while the shutlines might not be tight they are consistent, which speaks of hour...
