Registered in Norway from early 1980, it sustained damage to the left-rear quarter panel so was submitted by then-owner Björn Günther to RUF Automobile in Pfaffenhausen, Germany for a total rebuild up to SCR 3.2 specification.Between May and October of 1982, the Porsche was stripped to its bare shell and enhanced with SCR Turbo-style bodywork, while the naturally aspirated flat-six was uprated to 3.2-litre capacity.
