The Nash Motors Company was based in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in the United States from 1916 to 1937. From 1937 to 1954, Nash Motors was the car division of the Nash-Kelvinator Corporation. Nash continued production until 1957 after the creation of American Motors Corporation in 1954. In 1949 the aerodynamic Nash 'Airflyte' was the first car introduced by Nash Motors after World War II; the advanced design and aerodynamic body shape of which had been developed in a wind tunnel.
