This 2000 Honda S2000 is finished in white over red leather and powered by a 2.0-liter VTEC inline-four paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a black convertible top, 16″ wheels, front and rear spoilers, cruise control, air conditioning, and a CD stereo. The car has spent its life in Illinois and was acquired by the seller in 2007, reportedly from its original owner. This AP1 S2000 shows 36k miles and is offered with manufacturer’s literature, a car cover, two key fobs, an accident-free Carfax Report, and a clean Illinois title in the seller’s name. The car is finished in Grand Prix White and features a black soft top with a plastic rear window. Additional equipment includes dual exhaust outlets, front and rear spoilers, and black side mirrors. The seller reports that the tail lights have been replaced. There is a scratch on the driver-side door and rock chips in the paint. Discoloration is visible behind the S2000 badge and below the passenger side door. Factory 16″ five-spoke wheels are mounted with Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires measuring 205/55 up front and 225/50 out back and showing 2016 and 2017 date codes. A heavy-duty front sway bar is said to have been fitted. The cabin features buckets seats upholstered in red leather joined with matching door inserts and carpeting. Amenities include an aluminum shift knob and pedals, power windows and door locks, a factory CD stereo, air conditioning, a wind deflector, cruise control, and keyless entry. The driver’s seat bolster shows wear and the passenger seat has a stain. The leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel frames a digital speedometer, a horizontal bar-graph tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows 36k miles, 30k of which were added by the seller. The 2.0-liter F22C inline-four features VTEC variable valve timing and was factory rated at 240 horsepower and 153 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage, notes a recall for a seat belt retractor in 2000, and lists history in Illinois.
