This 1972 Ford Bronco is said to have been in the same family for 47 years and was reportedly used as a plow truck on a Wisconsin farm until being placed into storage in 1993. The truck features a fiberglass body that was fitted in 1988 as well as a removable hardtop, steel wheels with full covers, and white vinyl upholstery. Power is from a 302ci V8 linked to a three-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case. Service in 2020 is said to have included replacement of the flywheel a well as the clutch and linkage. This Bronco is offered in Florida with partial records and clean Wisconsin title in the name of the seller’s in-laws. The body was replaced with a fiberglass version in 1988, reportedly due to corrosion from use as a plow vehicle in Wisconsin. Originally white, the truck was refinished in metallic red with a gray hood stripe, hardtop, and bumpers. Steel wheels wear stock full-face covers and older thin-whitewall tires. A spare is located in the cargo area. Braking is handled by four-wheel drums. The cabin is painted to match the exterior and features front bucket and rear bench seats upholstered in ivory vinyl. Gray carpets and black rubber mats cover the floors. Equipment includes front lap belts, door armrests, and an AM radio from a newer Ford. A two-spoke steering wheel frames a combination gauge in a gray-painted dash with a black pad. The five-digit odometer reads just under 31k miles, with the actual total unknown. The 302ci V8 is fed by a two-barrel carburetor with a stock air cleaner housing. Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case. The flywheel, clutch, and clutch linkage were replaced in spring 2020 according to the seller. Additional underbody photos in the gallery show rust on the frame, suspension, and drivetrain components. Decoding the data tag yields the following information:
