Chassis: 2977181. 58,445 Kilometers (~36K Miles) Shown. 499cc Two-Cylinder. 4-Speed Manual. Restored About 5 Years Ago. Restoration Photos. New Paint. Reupholstered Interior. Private Party or Dealer: Dealer
This 1972 Fiat 500L has reportedly remained in the Northern part of Italy since it was first registered in Bondeno, Italy to a Mrs. Antonietta in 1972. It was recently acquired by the selling dealer from a collector who performed a restoration approximately five years ago that is documented with photographs. Power is provided by a 499cc two-cylinder engine mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox, and this Fiat 500L is now being offered in Piacenza, Italy with some photographs of the restoration process and a clean title. The foldable sunroof is shown above and is pictured further in the gallery. Elements of the Lusso trim are retained, including the front and rear bumper guards, chrome-look roof drip rails, and hubcaps. Based upon the provided photographs, the body underwent a bare-metal repaint following a replacement of the left front fender. Inside, the interior is trimmed in black leatherette with magenta carpeting. A two-spoke steering wheel remains installed, and 58,445 kilometers (~36k miles) are shown on the odometer. A broken passenger door handle will be replaced prior to delivery. The rear-mounted 499cc two-cylinder engine is mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox. Additional undercarriage photos are viewable in the gallery. Several restoration photos are also provided in the gallery below.
