This 1969 Chevrolet C10 is a Stepside pickup that was delivered new to Palmyra Motors of Palmyra, New York and reportedly underwent a refurbishment around six years ago that included a replacement frame. Power is supplied by a 454ci V8 equipped with Edelbrock cylinder heads and paired with a Turbo-Hydramatic three-speed automatic transmission. The truck is finished in dark green over beige leather upholstery, and features include a wood-lined bed, power-assisted steering, a Delco push-button AM radio, Positraction rear differential, side-exit exhaust pipes, and polished American Racing Torq Thrust wheels. This modified C10 is being offered by the selling dealer with a Protect-O-Plate, manufacturer’s literature, and New York registration. The Stepside bodywork was reportedly repainted its current shade of dark green during the refurbishment. Exterior features include a wood-lined bed, a tailgate with a Chevrolet Bowtie logo, side-exit exhaust pipes, and stripes on the lower bodywork. Polished American Racing Torq Thrust wheels are mounted with Uniroyal Tiger Paw GTS tires. The truck rides lower than stock on an Early Classic Enterprises rear drop kit. Stopping power is provided by front discs with rear drums. The cabin features a split bench sourced from a later model vehicle and trimmed in beige leather with matching door panels and carpets. Equipment includes a Delco push-button AM radio, aftermarket pedal covers, power-assisted steering, and Chevy Trucks-branded floor mats. A four-spoke steering wheel from a later model Chevrolet truck sits ahead of a body-color metal dash with a metal instrument bezel housing Dolphin gauges including an 8k-rpm tachometer and a 140-mph speedometer. The six-digit odometer shows 2k miles, though total mileage is unknown. The 454ci V8 was installed during prior ownership and features a Holley Demon carburetor, an Edelbrock intake manifold, and Edelbrock Performer cylinder heads. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Turbo-Hydramatic three-speed automatic transmission and 12-bolt rear end with a Positraction differential. The custom body-color frame was installed during the refurbishment. Additional underbody photos are provided in the gallery below.
