This 2010 BMW 535i wagon was first sold by BMW of Encinitas, California before being bought back by BMW in 2011. The car was subsequently imported to British Columbia in 2011, where it reportedly spent eight years with its previous owner in Vancouver. Finished in Alpine White over black Dakota leather, it is powered by a turbocharged 3.0-liter N54 straight-six driving all four wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. A panoramic sunroof and automatic tailgate were equipped from the factory along with a heated steering wheel and Comfort seats, while modifications include dual air intakes, a VRSF intercooler, an Evolution Racewerks charge pipe, and a TiAL blow-off valve. This E61 is offered by the selling dealer with removed factory parts, uninstalled downpipes, a window sticker, recent service records, a Carfax report, and clean Ontario registration. The body is finished in  and features roof rails, tinted glass, and aftermarket Motorsport badges as well as tri-color stripes on the hood and grille. Scuffs and chips can be seen on the front and rear valances. Polished 19″ wheels wear Firestone Firehawk tires showing 2018 date codes. The front struts as well as the rear shocks and air springs were replaced in May 2018. The selling dealer states that a front control arm and lower ball joint were also recently replaced. The interior features heated and power-adjustable Comfort seats upholstered in black Dakota leather, a panoramic sunroof, an in-dash navigation system, a heated steering wheel, dark poplar trim, and an automatic tailgate. Instrumentation includes a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline and an analog fuel efficiency gauge. The digital odometer shows approximately 60k miles. The air conditioning compressor was replaced in November 2018. The turbocharged 3.0-liter N54 straight-six features an ECU which has been modified using a Burger Motorsports JB4 tuner. Further additions include dual cone-style air intakes, a 7″ VRSF intercooler, an Evolution Racewerks charge pipe, and a TiAL QR blow-off valve. The selling dealer states that recent work included replacement of the spark plugs and ignition coils, removal of carbon buildup from the valves, and cleaning of the VANOS variable valve timing solenoid. Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. Additional underbody photos can be seen in the gallery below. The February 2019 Carfax report shows registration in California and British Columbia with no recorded accidents through April 2018. The car was bought back by BMW as a lemon in 2011 before being imported to Canada, and $1,290 in glass replacement is noted in 2015.
