The TD21 was an organic progression from the preceding TC series cars, designed and built by Park Ward, eminently reliable and stylish coachbuilders from Rolls-Royces, they were well put together, enjoyed a stiffer chassis than before allowing sporting performance and a top speed of over 100mph from its three litre, six cylinder engine without too much trouble.
