The AC Buckland is a development from the AC two litre saloon, the highest produced vehicle by AC cars; however, the Bucklands are a rare breed with only sixty of the open tourers produced and even fewer being the straight door Mk. I. Offered here is the AC Buckland racer of one of the ACOC founders, Harold Day, who competed in events at Goodwood, Brands Hatch and Silverstone; most notably, this was the first AC to compete at the Chichester-based circuit.
